Holly Johnson Friar had a career in healthcare, serving as Co-Founder and CMO,  at Ace (Horizon) Home Health and Hospice Corporation. Preceding this venture Holly was the Vice President at North Star Alliance, a holding company for a health club and a real estate development portfolio.  Holly has served as Vice President and Membership Chair, NAASC San Francisco/ Bay Area, as well as Past Western Region Chair Spelman College Parents Association. She is an active member of BNI and The Links, a Certified Member of the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy and frequently volunteers with the Alameda County Food Bank.

 Holly is passionate about the current student loan debt crisis. "Everyone knows someone who has been impacted by student loan debt. We must create permanent solutions to this crisis which disproportionately impacts black women."
